Good to see you being realistic and straight forward, I'm also an artist, but I feel like it is a part of my life as Religion is. Art is for this world and your happiness but religion is the main and important factor of our life. Everyone's life is difficult and at some point you feel down, depressed and waiting for several answers to your thoughts and questions, these questions may be answered by nature, a muslim, an athist, or someone from different religion. The main goal is to dive deeper into thoughts and figure out your purpose of life, also explore the reality. Explore the world focusing on the universe and how it was created. Don't depress your life focusing on your daily life traumas etc. I believe everyone's life is different and your paths may vary according to your life. I believe Quran is the source of light in lives of Muslims and it gives you answers to your thoughts and makes your life much easier.
